Every parent/gaurdian of a child(ren) attending Forest Grove Elementary School is a member of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC). Some members choose to be more involved/active. Click here to learn more about the PAC.
When does the PAC meet?
The general PAC meeting takes place once a month via Zoom/in person unless otherwise announced. Emails will be sent out ahead of time with details. Specific days/times can vary each school year. Committee meetings take place at the discretion of its members. How much time must I commit?
Every contribution is appreciated and valued. While some activities require your presence, there are so many ways to get involved without being on site. Making phone calls, sending emails, creating a flyer, updating the website, posting on social media are examples of activities that don't require you to be physically present. Can I donate to a specific intiative?
Yes, you can donate to a specific initiative or to the general PAC at any time. Simply advise the PAC of where you want your funds allocated.
can i get a tax receipt for my donation?
Yes. Tax receipts can be issued from the Burnaby School District on request for cash donations of $20 and above.
